Mother Church celebrates Sunday, June 22, 2025, as the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ, more commonly known by its Latin title, “Corpus Christi” (the Body of Christ).  Corpus Christi is a special feast to the Body and Blood of Christ introduced into the calendar of the Universal Church in 1264 when Saint Thomas Aquinas wrote the prayers and hymns for this feast.

Mother Church invites us to celebrate Sunday, June 15, 2025, the eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time, Year C, as the Feast of the Holy Trinity: God as Father, God as Son, and God as Holy Spirit, Three Persons in One. In the entrance antiphon, we pray, “Blest be God the Father, and the Only Begotten Son of God, and also the Holy Spirit. For he has shown us his merciful love. Amen.”

The Universal Church celebrates Sunday, June 08, 2025, as Pentecost Sunday in liturgical year C.   In the entrance antiphon, we pray: “The Spirit of the Lord fills the whole world. It holds all things together and knows every word spoken by man. Alleluia.”
