Jonas B Fodje MD, FRCS, MBA

Hi Martin, I am Dr Jonas Fodje MD, FRCS, MBA. We went to the Bilingual Grammar School in Buea together. I came in 1966 and left for CCAST 1971.

You raise important issues in your paper. Autobiography needs to be encouraged. It is more realistic than stories from fans, writers and/or foes.
I too believed the myths until I became a fellow and discovered that to be a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians or Surgeons did not necessarily mean you were a personal physicians to the Royal family but rather a doctor of good standing within the colleges of Surgeons and/or Physicians. Professor NGU was the very incarnation of doctor in excellent standing professionally.

I am in no doubt that people will doubt Professor NGU's contribution especially when they don't even know what this contribution is.
In my view this contribution is the discovery that HIV/AIDS will be defeated by a strategy of mounting a virus-killing strategy that depends on raising modified Stem Cells to the germ that thrives in the abundance of normal Anti HIV Antibodies.Vanivax is the product of his effort. A wide acceptance will depend on quickly accessing its effectiveness through controlled studies.

Professor NGU claimed he had achieved cure by raising these special cells in the laboratory and not in vivo. This is a huge contribution and experience from Germany with a patient who had marrow graft shows that his strategy is a reasonable, crucial step among other measures to combat HIV/AIDS.

Professor Ngu had the idea of moving forward in the approach to certain cancers by the same "immunebiotherapy". I think his effort in the treatment of Bukitt's lymphoma proved the point though chemotherapy is more dependable/reliable.

Primary Liver cancer came under scrutiny but proved unsuccessful.
As stem Cell Technology improves new applications may revisit his experiments and maybe one could strike Gold.

I am not a writer of any standing but would like to write his bibliography if he left me the data and authority as promised. For his life has many illuminating/uplifting aspects that will benefit the many.

Hope someday to meet you Martin. Be abundantly blessed.

Nsah Kenneth

Hello Martin!

I am Nsah Kenneth Toah, a student-teacher in ENS Yaoude, cameroon. I have already written some five plays, two non-fictional books, about fifty poems, etc. You can, for example, check my self-published books: MOUNTING THE STAIRS OF CHALLENGe and INCEST IN NYONGHASUM on the I-Proclaim.com Bookstore. I wish to find out from you there in the USA(or so) whether there is any publishing channel for Cameroonian writers there. I mean something that may not demand any publishing fee from me given that I am not financially viable.
